Yes. The gel layer makes the hip area noticeably softer and more cushioned. It works on a similar principle to Gel Breast technology, while still maintaining overall structural stability.

Q2: Does the Gel Butt affect durability?

Compared to Solid Butt, the Gel Butt structure does have slightly lower durability, which is a natural trade-off for its enhanced softness. However, it is not fragile—with proper use and care, it still offers reliable performance for regular use.

If durability is your top priority or you’re concerned about long-term wear, the standard filling may be a better choice.

Q3: Which models support the Gel Butt option?

The Gel Butt upgrade is currently available for the following torso models: ST1, ST2, and ST3.

As of March 17, 2026, these are the supported models at the time of writing. Any future updates or newly supported models will be announced on our website.

Q4: Is Gel Butt included by default?

No. This is an optional upgrade and can be selected during the customization process.

Q5: Is there any risk during shipping?

During transportation, the torso is usually packed lying flat, which may place pressure on the hip area. In rare cases, extended transit time can cause slight deformation.

To minimize this risk, we use air shipping, which helps reduce transit time and potential pressure-related deformation.

Q6: Can I store the torso lying flat for a long time?

It’s not recommended. Prolonged pressure may affect the shape of the hip area.

To maintain optimal form, we suggest occasionally adjusting the position or changing pressure points.
