Yes, if you choose the Soft Head-Movable Jaw option for a Fanreal doll, it will have a functional mouth. This mouth allows for passive oral sex (manual movement required). Currently, Fanreal dolls do not offer an automatic oral sex feature. For more details, refer to the video below.

Fanreal dolls are made from medical-grade platinum silicone, which is soft and environmentally friendly. 1. Installation

The Fanreal head uses an M8 quick-connect.
Screw the M8 bolt into the socket at the bottom of the head.
Align the quick-connect with the hole in the doll's neck.
Gently tap the top of the head until the connector snaps into place.

2. Removal

• Cup the doll’s jaw and cheeks with both hands.

• Pull the head straight upward.

• Always use two hands to avoid the head flying off and breaking.

The neck hook and the doll’s neck both have matching screw threads.

1. Hold the hook by its handle.

2. Place the threaded end against the neck socket.

3. Turn the hook clockwise to engage the threads.

4. Continue rotating until it is fully tight.

5. Ensure it feels secure before use.

That’s all—your neck hook is now firmly installed.

Before using, please fully charge the device. Charging takes about 2 to 3 hours. While charging, the LED light will flash. Once fully charged, the LED will stay on, and you may unplug the charger to start using the device.

Here’s how to operate it:

1. Attach the end of the hose to the doll's vent hole
2. Long press the power button (1.5 seconds) to turn on the device. The LED will stay on, and it will enter voice moaning mode. To turn it off, double-click the power button.
3. Press the power button again to switch between 4 languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
4. Use the Mode button to cycle through 3 suction modes.
5. The device will not work while charging, so be sure to unplug it after the LED stays solid.
6. The device also features:

   • Earphone jack for private enjoyment.
   • Speaker hole for external sound.
   • LED indicator to show power and charging status.

Whether standing on tiptoe, standing naturally, or wearing high heels, this new-generation feet structure accurately reproduces the dynamic performance of the feet, resulting in highly realistic and coordinated movements, whether barefoot or wearing shoes.

Each toe (including the metatarsophalangeal and interphalangeal joints) can independently bend, stretch, and move laterally to a small degree. The big toe has a greater range of movements, while the other four toes can stretch or slightly curl in natural state.

In the structure design of the feet skeleton, Fanreal optimized the combination of the overall structure and the surface silicone, creating a coordinated connection among the phalanges, metatarsals, and ankle joints. This ensures consistent and natural transmission of the movements while significantly improving durability.
