Therefore, on one hand, we convey accurate information about the dolls to help customers make informed choices. On the other hand, when customers encounter issues with the dolls after receiving them, we are committed to assisting them in resolving the problem. We will negotiate with the factory or brand to find a solution, you have the choice between receiving a replacement or obtaining a refund – it’s as simple as that.

If there is an irreconcilable conflict, AllYourDolls will provide compensation in advance to ensure that our customers do not suffer any losses and to ensure that they are 100% satisfied.

In the rare instance that your doll arrives with any flaws or does not match the description, we are committed to providing a straightforward solution.

You have the choice between receiving a replacement or obtaining a refund – it’s as simple as that.

To ensure the highest quality, each and every doll undergoes a meticulous quality check before leaving factory. However, if, by any chance, your doll showcases any defects upon delivery and remains unused, we are here to assist. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll, and we will facilitate a hassle-free return process.

We kindly request that you provide us with detailed information via Email when reporting any issues, please send email to [email protected]. Furthermore, for a successful return, the doll must remain in its original, unused condition and packaging. Please be aware that the expenses for return shipping will not be covered by us.

We strongly advise a thorough inspection of your doll upon delivery, examining every aspect meticulously.

Although we offer 100% satisfaction, there are certain situations where, due to the unique nature of the dolls, we prefer to communicate with our customers in advance. Below are some examples.

What is not covered under the guarantee?

  • User damage – Any damage caused by users will not be covered. Please take care when using your doll and learn more about caring from here.
  • Used Dolls – Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are not able to replace or refund any item which has been used.
  • Finger & Toe Nails – The nails are loosely adhered to the skin to allow buyers to remove, paint and re-attach. Even if the nails fall off, you can re-attach it using lash & nail glue by yourself.
  • Eyelashes – Each doll comes with one protective eye mask to protect her eyes. If anything becomes loose, simply re-attach it with safe glue.
  • Makeup Difference – Each doll make-up is applied by hand, which means that very slight differences in make-up are normal. In case you don’t like it, just remove the makeup and does makeup as you prefer.
  • Custom Dolls – If you have made any specific requests or have custom requirements (including change of skin color/ nipple size/ vagina colour etc), your doll is considered bespoke and made solely for you and you only. We will happily discuss returning and refunding the sex doll if you are not happy with it, but we cannot guarantee automatic qualification for a full refund unless it is genuinely faulty or not as described/ordered. Your case will be considered individually.
