What Is XTDoll Subcutaneous Heating?

Subcutaneous heating is a revolutionary method. It was developed by XTDOLL to efficiently warm the doll’s skin. This makes it feel more like human body temperature.

Subcutaneous Heating is compatible with all silicone body types
The heating elements are located 0.5cm below the skin, providing full-body heating (excluding arms and areas below the knees).

Advantages:

  1. Fast heating efficiency, with noticeable effects after 15 minutes.
  2. High safety: automatically shuts off when the preset temperature is reached, maintaining a constant temperature without causing burns, and reheats if the temperature drops below the preset level.
  3. Simple to use: just plug in and it’s ready to go.

Traditionally, heating wires were wrapped around the metal frame of the doll. This method was inefficient. The TPE or silicone material used for the doll’s body is a poor conductor of heat. To make the surface of the skin warm, the skeleton would need to reach dangerously high temperatures. These temperatures could sometimes be as high as 100°C. Such high temperatures could damage the doll or even cause a fire.

However, XTDOLL’s subcutaneous heating places the heating network just 0.5 cm beneath the surface of the skin.

This shallow placement allows the heat to quickly reach the surface, making the doll’s skin warm up to around 39°C within 20-40 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. This method is both safer and more effective, enhancing the realistic feel of the doll.
