To remove it safely:

1. Hold the neck joint firmly with one hand and gently twist the head counterclockwise.
2. Avoid pulling straight up — a gentle twist helps release the connector smoothly.
3. Once loosened, lift the head carefully from the neck connector.

For reassembly:

1. Align the connector slot at the bottom of the head with the neck joint.
2. Gently press down and twist clockwise until secure.
